Much has changed in the aluminum extrusion industry, and AEC is changing to meet members’ current needs. For all that, some things hold their value and currency, and should be retained. While the old Management Conference has given way to the new Extrusion Symposium (part of Aluminum Week held in conjunction with The Aluminum Association), familiar program elements such as tabletop displays will continue to be offered.

Supplier and Producer Members of AEC (along with Associate Members of The Aluminum Association) are being offered this exclusive opportunity to reach key customers—leaders and decision-makers representing AEC’s Extruder Members and the Association’s Producer Members—through Tabletop Displays, which will be open during the Tuesday evening reception (September 21), the Wednesday morning breakfast, and the Wednesday luncheon (September 22).

As in the past, tabletop displays are designed to be simple for you to execute while still maximizing your exposure to decision-makers, and—this year—offering you a wider audience.

Displays will be open on Tuesday, September 21 from 6:00-7:30 p.m.; on Wednesday, September 22, from 7:15 to 9:15 a.m. and from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday reception and Wednesday breakfast are combined events; Wednesday reception is an AEC event. Tables will be set up beginning at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 21, and displays must be in place no later than 5:30 p.m. All displays must be removed on Wednesday afternoon at the conclusion of the group lunch.

A company identification sign will be furnished to each exhibitor. Electricity is available by request.

To reserve your table, please complete the application form and return it, with payment, to the AEC Executive Office. Space is limited, so act quickly. Tabletops will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
