Join us on November 13 for a special update on the Curtain Wall Case presented by the Curtain Wall Coalition in cooperation with the Aluminum Extruders Council (AEC).

The aluminum extrusion industry continues to be threatened by the predatory practices of heavily subsidized Chinese curtain wall manufacturers. For the past 5 years a small coalition made up of three West Coast glazing companies have led the effort to maintain the tariffs imposed on the import of Chinese curtain wall, currently 106% under the ongoing U.S. aluminum extrusions case. Each time an adverse legal ruling is rendered, the Chinese have appealed.

Recently, the Curtain Wall Coalition learned that the judge assigned to the curtain wall case has decided to hear oral arguments and the hearing has been scheduled for November 2 at the Court of International Trade in New York. By the time of the live webinar, we expect to have information to share.
