Almag's Bob Peacock receives EY Entrpreneur of the Year

Bob Peacock, President of ALMAG Aluminum, won the EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2016 Award in the Manufacturing Category at the 2016 EY Ontario Awards Gala held in Toronto, October 27, 2016.
According the company's press release, ALMAG has built a 63-year-long reputation of striving to be the best employer for our employees, the best supplier for our customers and the best customer for our suppliers. These three stakeholder groups, working together, have created many “that can't be done" products that have enabled all three to prosper and grow together earning this outstanding recognition.

Peacock is a past chairman of the Aluminum Extruders Council (2003-2004), a recipient of AEC's Distinguished Service Award (2010) and past chairman of the ET Seminar Committee, the group that directs the aluminum extrusion industry's most respected and prestigious technical conference, the International Aluminum Extrusion Technology Seminar & Expo.
