Learn from Industry Experts

The Die Performance Improvement Clinic is a highly interactive educational experience that gives back an invaluable return on investment for AEC member companies. This two-day interactive workshop provides opportunities for hands-on learning from industry experts who have dealt with the challenges and issues that you face every day. Only the Aluminum Extruders Council can give you the best and most practical training in the aluminum extrusion business.

Combining expert knowledge and experience with hands-on workshops, the Die Clinic provides plenty of time to talk one-on-one with industry experts. Pick up valuable tips and techniques from the very best source: your peers.

The Die Clinic program consists of a general session and a total of 7 breakout sessions covering a variety of topics. All breakout sessions, both in-depth workshops and hands-on problem-solving stations, are led by members of the AEC Die & Tooling Committee, extruders and die makers alike. These are the experts in die correction, die manufacture, extrusion operation, and related skills. It is the experience of these individuals, given freely, which makes the Die Clinic one of the Council’s most popular events.
