His aluminum extrusion industry career spans three decades. Guy is the Chair of the AEC Industry Promotion Steering Committee. He also sits on the marketing committee of the Glass Association of North America (GANA).
Duncan Crowdis, Alexandria Industries
Involved in the aluminum business for more than 40 years in various technical, operations, marketing, sales and management positions, Duncan Crowdis retired as President of Bonnell Aluminum in 2013. However, he has remained passionate about the industry and is currently the Leader of the AEC Academic Engagement Team. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Alexandria Industries in Alexandria, Minnesota.
Robert DeFrancesco, Wiley Rein
Robert DeFrancesco, a partner in Wiley Rein's International Trade Practice, handles all aspects of trade remedy proceedings. He has particular expertise in both U.S. antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings appearing before the Department of Commerce, the International Trade Commission, the U.S. Trade Representative, the Court of International Trade, and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Brett Haskins is a Certified Safety Professional with more than 25 years of experience working with executives to front-line employees. While serving customers in North and South America, Australia, Southeast Asia and Europe Brett has successfully established and sustained management systems and culture excellence within the manufacturing, mining, construction, heavy equipment and pipeline industries. Brett has authored several best practices articles about safety culture and employee engagement in safety for trade journals, including ASSE Perspectives, Waste Advantage and IFAP SafetyWA (Australia). Prior to becoming the Global Consulting Manager, Brett served three years in Australia as a Regional Manager for Caterpillar Safety Services, where he developed the business, expanded the customer base, delivered workshops and built a regional team. Brett joined Caterpillar in 2012 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Murray State University, where he studied Occupational Safety & Health and Criminal Justice.
Jeff Henderson, AEC
Jeff Henderson is President of the Aluminum Extruders Council. Mr. Henderson is also responsible for directing and managing the AEC Fair Trade Committee, which is the U.S. aluminum extrusion industry's team that successfully petitioned the U.S. government for free and fair trade action against China in 2011. He also manages the AEC's Industry Promotion effort that has resulted in thousands of inquiries each year to aec.org.
Scott Kelley, Chairman
R. Scott Kelley is President and Chief Executive Officer of Service Center Metals based in Prince George, Virginia. Mr. Kelley has more than 32 years of sales and operations experience in the aluminum industry. Prior to founding Service Center Metals in 2001, Mr. Kelley was National Sales Manager for Kaiser Aluminum in charge of distribution marketing and sales activities. Currently, he is Chairman of the Aluminum extruders Council.
Craig Werner, Kaiser Aluminum
Craig Werner is currently VP Extrusion Technology for Kaiser Aluminum. In this role he applies his extensive knowledge, passion and leadership to support the company's future growth opportunities. Craig is a past chairman of the Aluminum Extruders Council and chairs the ET Seminar and Business Excellence Steering Committees.
Greg Wittbecker, CRU
Greg Wittbecker is a Senior Analyst within CRU's North American team based in Pittsburgh. In this capacity he supports both North American and Global fundamental analysis in the aluminum market. Greg joined CRU in January 2018, following his retirement as Vice President, Alcoa Corporation. During his 14 years at Alcoa, Greg held various director-level roles in fundamental industry analysis, logistics, marketing and strategy.
